INTRODUCTION.
In this document, we use Naba to refer all Apps & Services of Naba including our apps on Store, Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery.
NABA Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy policy (“Privacy policy”) explains our data protection policy and describes the types of information we may process when you install and/or use NABA software application for mobile devices (the “App”, “our App”).

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the ("the App", "our App") developed and published by Naba Inc. ("Naba," "we," "us," or "our") on the Google Play Store and other platforms.
Naba respects your privacy and has created this Policy to clearly explain what information the App accesses, collects, uses, and discloses.

## 1. Summary
**Naba's Apps do not collect any Personal Information from users.**
"Personal Information" means information that identifies you directly, such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or financial information. The App does not request, access, or collect any of this information.
The only data point the App processes is your device's **Advertising ID**, which is a resettable, non-personal identifier supplied by the Android operating system, used exclusively to serve advertising within the App as described in Section 3 below.

## 2. Consent and Modification
By using the App, you consent to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the App. We may update this Policy from time to time; any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Revised" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.

## 3. Information We Process
### 3.1 Advertising ID
The App uses your device's Advertising ID (also known as AAID on Android) to display ads within the App through our advertising network partner(s). The Advertising ID:
- Is **not** linked to your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information by Naba.
- Is used solely to enable ad delivery and, where applicable, basic ad measurement and frequency capping.
- Is transmitted to our advertising partner(s) over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection.
- Is **not** stored on Naba's own servers. We do not operate a backend that retains user identifiers.
- Can be reset or opted out of at any time — see Section 7 ("Your Choices") below.
### 3.2 Device Permissions
The App may request certain device permissions (for example, local network access) that are strictly required for the App's core function of discovering and connecting to your App on your local network. These permissions are used only to enable that specific remote-control functionality. Naba does not collect, transmit, or store any data obtained through these permissions.
### 3.3 What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, and the App does not request: your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, financial or payment information, health information, or any other personally identifiable data.

## 4. Advertising Partners
The App displays ads served through third-party advertising network(s). These partners may process the Advertising ID described above to deliver and measure ads. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of our advertising partner(s) for details on their own data practices:

The App or its ads may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

## 6. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data processed by the App, including transmitting the Advertising ID only over encrypted connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because the App does not collect or store personal information, the risk of exposure of personally identifiable data is minimized by design.

## 7. Your Choices
You can limit or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time:
- **Android:** Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID" on newer Android versions).
- You may also reset your Advertising ID at any time from the same menu.
Opting out will not stop ads from displaying, but ads may be less relevant to your interests.

## 8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.

Because the App does not collect Personal Information, we do not sell or share Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California residents with questions about their privacy rights may contact us using the information below.

The App may be used by individuals outside the country in which Naba operates. The limited, non-personal Advertising ID data described above may be transmitted to and processed by our advertising partners in other countries, including the United States, in accordance with this Policy.
